The Challenge
When WHSmith launched their new concept store in Guildford they needed an exciting campaign to engage local people, encourage them to trial the new store and overcome their preconceptions of the WHSmith store offer. The campaign also needed to be a platform on which we could build long-term relationships with local customers and influencers.
The Solution
A multi channel launch campaign driving traffic to a high profile launch event-weekend in store to WHSee the Difference, supported by an ongoing in-store event schedule and exclusive events for Clubcard customers and local interest groups post launch.
The Result
Store traffic and sales for the launch weekend exceeded targets by 40%! |
