The Challenge MBNA cross sell a range of products to their extensive customer base and frequently target their credit card customers with pre-approved offers of personal loans. MBNA tasked the agency to design a 'challenger' for their current 'banker' pack, which had been running for two years. The Solution Adhering to the MBNA corporate style of clean simple design, we produced a 'portfolio' format mail piece with strong imagery on the cover, which identified the amount of the pre-approved loan with the reveal panel confirming the offer and call to action. The format and the short, punchy copy resulted in a strong selling pack that communicated the offer whilst visually demonstrating the preferred customer status and ease of securing the loan. The Result Impressive. The pack has subsequently been rolled out and the creative approach integrated across other communications channels.
