The Challenge
GE Capital Woodchester, is one of the largest point-of-sale motor finance houses in the UK. With increasing numbers of customers settling their automotive finance agreements early, the Agency was challenged to develop a campaign that would retain existing customers until full term, whilst also appealing to past customers to take out a new loan.
The Solution
Using an automotive theme the campaign offered existing customers the opportunity to 'top up' their current finance agreement without increasing their monthly repayments. Customers who had settled their finance agreement either early or at term were offered a further personal loan at preferential rates. Using car imagery the communication provided an instant link between the customer and GE Capital whilst also being an interesting and lighthearted visual approach.
The Result
The new style creative was initially challenged and tested to a sub cell. Within the first month of being in market, a significant overall uplift in response rate was achieved. The creative was further rolled out to the full base with results continuing
to impress. |
