New Senior Account Manager Strengthens Account Team.
Lucy Pierce joined Direct Relations in November after re-locating with her husband from Berkshire to the Leeds area. Originally from Lancashire, Lucy returns to her Northern roots with 6 year’s experience in account & database management in the Direct Marketing industry, and most recently worked for Broadsystem Ltd, a leading provider of outsourced marketing communications.
Lucy says: “My client & industry experience to date has been quite diverse, previously managing the marketing database for The Sun & News of The World newspapers, but also with experience across tele-communications, finance & IT sectors. In addition to direct mail, I have led promotional SMS, email and on-line microsite projects to ensure cohesive marketing for my clients across key communication channels. After completing the IDM Diploma in Direct & Interactive Marketing in 2005, I am now really enjoying the challenge of building on my data roots and working in a dynamic Agency environment. Nowadays I spend as much time talking about paper weights & roll folds as I used to on dedupes and data loads!”
